Bucket filling and sealing machine
The high performance VMS servo-driven seal-less CIP/SIP piston fillers provide consistently high filling accuracy over the 1-12 kg range while allowing simple and flexible format changes. We achieve with our GGF series (large pail or tub filling system) log6 without any problem. A bulkhead seals the tunnel during cleaning during extended machine stop. We meet or exceed required MAC values without any problem. Also in the GGF series, we rely on the proven mezzanine structure allowing easy service access for technicians and operators. The entrance and exit areas of the sterile tunnel have exhaust systems to avoid air exchange with surrounding area. All product contact areas are sterilized with saturated steam at 143°C. The sterile tunnel is cleaned with hydrogen peroxide. Further disinfection of packaging materials is also carried out with H2O2.
The residual peroxide remaining after the disinfection process is less than 0.5 ppm while maintaining log6. A container leak detection system is integrated and ensures that only properly sealed containers are delivered downstream.
